Class Descriptions

All classes are 60-minutes unless otherwise noted on our live schedule - EXPRESS classes are 45-minutes



(gfb) Power Yoga - This class moves at a fast rhythm to make you sweat! Poses are linked through breath work as students either flow through series of movements to gain cardio endurance or hold postures to increase strength and flexibility. Instructions and modifications are offered to make this class suitable for all levels. Each class ends in a session of relaxation with restorative touch.


(gfb) Barre Blender - Lift, tone and shrink your hips, thighs, glutes and arms with our full-body barre sculpting and low-impact cardio barre workout. This is an athletic barre class, using ankle bands, bands, gliders and handheld weights. Be prepared to ignite!


(gfb) Bootybarre® - bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. Bootybarre® Chisel - Similar to bootybarre®, but with some added flavor! Ignite your glutes, abs, arms, and legs with this total body strengthening workout using a combination of yoga, ballet barre, cardio, and strength bursts! Tighten, tone, and gain long, lean muscle with this strength training barre class! Great for all levels of fitness.


Barre Bootcamp - A low impact, barefoot bootcamp with a barre twist. Working quickly through 4-main circuits: Strength, barre cardio, at-the-barre exercises, and glute circuit - The class ends with abs and stretching; you are sure to get an intense barre burn! This class is for all levels of fitness. Wear shoes for extra support! 


(gfb) Barre Circuit ™ - Burn calories fast and never get bored! Barre Circuit™ alternates between 1-minute barre postures, 1-minute cardio bursts and 1-minute strength. This is the perfect class for the amateur "Barre-Babe," or the more experienced. It's self-paced, with plenty of modifications.


(gfb) Barre Band Sculpt - A low impact, fat burning and muscle toning class that targets all aspects of the body, including those small muscle groups using the barre, resistance bands, handheld weights, floor exercises, and a lot of stretching throughout the class! 


(gab) Self Myofascial Release (offered once a month, see our live schedule) - Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. 


(gfb) Sculpt - This full body sculpt workout combines dumbbells, resistance bands and barbells to shape and tone your entire physique. It's a circuit format, so you work at your own pace. You're sure get long, lean and toned by incorporating weight lifting into your weekly workout schedule.


Athletic Conditioning - This class is a 50-minute High Intensity Interval Training technique class that involves alternating between very intense bouts of cardio exercises and lower intensity strength exercises. You give all out 100 percent effort through quick, intense bursts of various strength exercises, followed by short, active bursts of cardio periods. Allowing you to get and keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time. Creating that amazing EPOC (Excess Post Exercise oxygen Consumption) effect that's maintained after the workout is over. Burning more body fat due to this greater calorie burn!


Metcon EXPRESS - 45 minutes of metabolic conditioning using a combination of cardio moves, plyometrics, and strength exercises. The circuits include short bursts of hard work with minimal breaks in between. This class will make you burn fat quickly and build lean muscle. Come sweat it out!


Full Body Inferno - Get full body workout consisting mainly of strength training and high intensity interval training, to build muscle quickly. This is a circuit style class that will increase your heart rate and caloric burn! 


Strength Cardio Fusion - This awesome class rotates through bouts of simple combination training using the bench and light hand weights, to higher intensity cardio intervals and muscle conditioning drills. It's a total body workout, a perfect way to start your Sunday!


Bootcamp Strength - This class is 70% strength, and 30% cardio, focusing on building strength with the use of barbells and dumbbells. You can work at your own pace, and will also be encouraged to stretch outside of your comfort zone for maximum results! High intensity cardio bursts will help to push your cardio fitness endurance!


HIIT Bootcamp - This is a fun and effective way to get fit FAST! HIIT interval cardio training combined with resistance circuits will help to increase your metabolism, make you stronger and burn for up to eight hours after your workout. Meet new friends and join us for this killer workout!


Total Body Bootcamp - This is an interval-based circuit format for the person who wants to be pushed, and never get bored as this class changes all of the time! Modifications are always offered for the newbie!


TRX® Bootcamp - This is an interval based class that incorporates TRX®, plyometric and/or high-impact drills with strength-training. You will work all major muscle groups, thus improving both muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. This class is class fun and interactive, you'll never be bored! What is TRX®? BODYPUMP™ HIIT Fusion - HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a combination of low to moderate intensity levels, alternated with high intensity levels. Research has shown that interval training helps to speed up the metabolism, which burns more calories throughout the day. 30-minutes of BODYPUMP™ is followed by 30-minutes of HIIT, for a total strength and cardio, calorie burning workout. 


Upper CUT-  A 60-minute workout broken up into three blocks including upper body strength work, HIIT training, glute and core focused work. Come and build muscle in your arms, sweat out those calories while boosting your metabolism, and work on your core and booty all in a one hour session! This class was designed to tone arms, burn fat and build core strength!


Sweat This is a 45 minute class that is 80% HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio and 20% Core focused work! This class will leave you dripping in sweat and feeling awesome after a lot of hard work with little breaks !This class was designed for individuals that want a well-balanced workout with an emphasis on stamina, cutting weight, getting lean, and feeling toned


Sweat Express - This is a 30-minute EXPRESS class that is 100% HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio. This class will leave you dripping in sweat, and feeling awesome after being pushed to your max! This is perfect for people who are short on time, but want to shed a ton of calories!


(gfb) BODYSTEP™ Burn - This is perfect for the newest or most expert stepper! Get a 30-minute BODYSTEP™ burn (description is below), followed by 15-minutes of strength, using dumbbells, weight plates, resistance bands and bodyweight exercise in a circuit training & AMRAP (as many reps as possible) format. 


(gfb) Les Mills BODYFLOW™ (YOGA) - This is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Les Mills BODYSTEP™ - This is the energizing step workout the makes your feel liberated and alive with easy-to-follow choreography and motivating music. There's two different BODYSTEP™ formats: 1) "Classic" and 2) "Athletic - Classic offers the traditional feel of party steppin' around the bench, while Athletic offers more drills, and agility/explosive types of movements.
