Since starting at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (INN), my world has been flipped, thrown, torn upside. What can I eat?! I began to feel a bit of anxiety at the beginning of my journey towards clean eating, because I thought that it meant that my options were extremely limited. Happily, it's not true! I know that many people feel this way too because they tell me all of the time, "I don't know what to eat .. I start a new fad diet monthly .. I go in circles trying to figure out what is best for my family". I'm creating programs that will offer my clients the tools, resources and mentorship necessary to sustain a long and healthy life, and to thrive through healthy eating. It will be life changing for many! In the meantime, I'm sharing some great tools for you to use, to ensure that what you're eating is safe. For starters, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) empowers people to live healthier lives. They offer breakthrough research and education, to drive consumer choice and civic action. Check out their website to score your produce, meats, dairy and more. What I thought was OK, has turned out to be not. I started using this recently, and found it to be an incredible resource.
