Krisha Davis - Personal Trainer; NASM CPT, RDH and NASM FNS, NASM WLS

Krisha carefully balances her passions of being a mom of two, a dental hygienist, personal trainer, and a group fitness instructor. She would like you to know that personal training is not a one-on-one session of a difficult workout. It is a science based method that is very specific to you, your life, and ultimately your ideal image of positive health. Her role as your trainer is to be a motivator, resource, and support throughout your journey! Krisha also is a certified BODYPUMP™ instructor, look for her on Monday's and Saturday's!

Erica Knittel, Personal Trainer; B.S., ISSA CPT, ISSA SSN

Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Health Studies from Portland State University. She is a certified personal trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), as well as group fitness instructor including TRX®, Bootcamp, BODYPUMP™, Strength and HIIT. Erica loves working out and leaving a training session drenched in sweat, spending time with family and friends, and most of all becoming a new mom (due in September)! Erica aims to energize, inspire and push her clients to their best. Clients will know it's more than just training, it's a lifestyle. When you want to quit, she will encourage you through to the end!

Each training session is 50-minutes in length. A six-hour cancellation is required in order to not be charged for your session.
