Amanda Scales - Personal Trainer; ACE, AFFA

Amanda is a Fitness Trainer, Instructor, Coach and Educator, who helps provide individuals guidance and direction to bring personal health and fitness goals to fruition. She educates youth and adults leading group fitness classes and workshops for Les Mills® as an International Trainer, and TRX® as a Course Instructor. She has numerous fitness certifications. In addition, she is ACE and AFAA certified.

Erica Knittel, Personal Trainer; B.S., ISSA CPT, ISSA SSN

Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Health Studies from Portland State University. She is a certified personal trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), as well as group fitness instructor including TRX®, Bootcamp, BODYPUMP™, Strength and HIIT. Erica loves working out and leaving a training session drenched in sweat, spending time with family and friends. Erica aims to energize, inspire and push her clients to their best. Clients will know it's more than just training, it's a lifestyle. When you want to quit, she will encourage you through to the end!

Each training session is 50-minutes in length. A six-hour cancellation is required in order to not be charged for your session.
