Holly's passion for cooking, fitness, and health combined with wanting to work with and help others, led her to become a Health and Wellness Coach. Holly earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Portland State University, and is a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest school of nutrition based out of New York City. She is also the owner of ASPIRE Total Fitness™, and the creator of ASPIRE for Health™. Holly has lived a lifestyle focused on her own health and fitness, and wants her clients to understand bio-individuality, meaning, there is no one "right" way of eating for every person. She is an entrepreneur, a Mom of two young children, and super busy like most people, and believes in realistic expectations towards meal preparation, time availability spent on weekly dinner creations and grocery shopping.

After several years of fairly healthy eating, “life happened” and I got caught in what I term as “survival mode” with food, where basically anything went and there was little planning on my part. After 5 months of this mode for my family, and 5 pounds later (for me), I was wanting to get back on the healthy eating track but was not able to switch the flip back on my own. I had lost my motivation even though I was feeling poorly! Holly got me back on the right track, and she got me to a place than was better than before. Now, I have an easy way of planning my weekly menus for my large family with delicious recipes, with all healthy foods that my whole family benefits from. I have dropped the 5 pounds with the 21-Days to Thrive and have a sustained energy throughout the day, rather than the afternoon and evening fatigue that I dealt with before. I have been so consistent with exercising for the last 10 years or so, but my relationship with food has been rocky at best.
