Personal Trainer; ACE, AFFA

Amanda is a Fitness Trainer, Instructor, Coach and Educator, who helps provide individuals guidance and direction to bring personal health and fitness goals to fruition. She educates youth and adults leading group fitness classes and workshops for Les Mills® as an International Trainer, and TRX® as a Course Instructor. She has numerous fitness certifications. In addition, she is ACE and AFAA certified.

Erica Knittel

Master Personal Trainer; NASM CPT, and NASM PES

Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Health Studies from Portland State University. She is a certified personal trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), as well as group fitness instructor including TRX®, Bootcamp, BODYPUMP™, BODYATTACK™, Strength, and HIIT. Erica loves working out and leaving a training session drenched in sweat, spending time with family, her mini me Bexley, and friends. Erica aims to energize, inspire and push her clients to their best. Clients will know it’s more than just training, it’s a lifestyle. When you want to quit, she will encourage you through to the end! Heidi Warneke

PERSONAL TRAINER; MASTERS DEGREE IN EDUCATION, NASM CPT

Heidi received her Bachelors Degree in education from Linfield College, and continued on to achieve her Masters Degree in Education from Portland State University. She currently teaches online high school, as well as teaching the early risers classes at Aspire. Heidi Is a NASM certified personal trainer, she is also certified in Lesmills BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, and also teaches HIIT, Metcon, and strength classes at Aspire. Heidi loves coming to Aspire to work hard towards her goals, Heidi enjoys helping others discover what they are capable of. She loves spending time with her two boys; Gale and Leo, her husband Travis and bulldog in her free time. Heidi is ready to take your fitness to the next level with a program made just for you!

Katie Knudson-Spain

ACE CPT, RN, BSN, CPN

Katie is an ACE-certified personal trainer, kids dance instructor and choreographer, and a multi-certified group fitness instructor. This includes TRX, Les Mills GRIT, Barre, Strength, and HIIT. Katie is also a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and certified pediatric nurse. With years of experience working in healthcare and science, Katie is thrilled to use her knowledge and experience to improve the lives and health of others through fitness, positivity, and preventative care! Katie’s goal is to spread joy, strength, and empowerment through exercise to all her clients!
