Q: What is your late cancel and no-show policy?

A: We allow our clients and members to pre-reserve a spot in class, which is a great benefit to you! However, when you cancel less than one-hour before class, or no-show, it does not give us enough time to fill your space. You will be charged a $15 late cancel or no-show fee if this happens. If you have a class pack or GROUPON/Living Social, you will lose a class.

Q: What is the difference between a Member and a Client?

A: They’re equally important to us, it’s just our way to differentiate an unlimited membership versus a class pack. A member is debited monthly for unlimited classes, and receives preferred pricing on kids programs and small group GRIT training.

Q: Do you require a contract with your unlimited membership?

A: A three-month initial commitment is required for our auto-debit monthly memberships. After three-months, our contracts are month-to-month. You may your auto-debit anytime, with a given seven-day notice with a signature on our termination form.

Q: Do you offer refunds on your classes?

A: No, it is not within our policy to offer refunds on class packs, or memberships. There are no exceptions regarding refunds. For medical reasons, we do consider extensions on expiration periods, or you may sell/transfer your class pack to someone else.

Q: Will I have to sign-up for classes?

A: We highly recommend it. The best way to ensure that you'll have a place in class is to sign-up through our website. We will do our best to accommodate walk-in's, however, you will be able to sign-up for Adult Classes and Child Care. There will be an app that you can download to make your sign-up process quick and easy. We have a 25-person limit for each class in our main studio, and sign-up will be our basic policy. We want a positive experience for our members and clients, and the most efficient process is through sign-up, rather than showing up to the studio, only to realize that the class is full. You will be able to purchase membership, class packs, gift cards and small group training. It's very convenient, you'll love it! Q: Will I still be able to save my spot in class if I'm stuck in traffic or running late?

A: Absolutely! We understand that this happens from time to time. Please call the studio and let us know that you're on your way and we'll save your place.

Q: Will I be charged if I sign up for class but don’t show up?

A: Yes. We will charge $15 to members, or eliminate one class from a client class pack if you do not cancel one-hour prior to class. We hope to not have to do this often, however, it’s only fair since we have a limit of 25 to each class.

Q: Does your studio have showers?

A: Yes. We will have a small women's locker room with one shower, and a unisex bathroom with one shower. Space will be limited, however, it is available.

Q: Does your studio have a waiting room during children's dance/fitness classes?

A: Yes. If you choose to not participate in an adult class (all children's classes align with adult class times), there is a seating area in our lobby. *No small children will be allowed to run around the lobby/studio. Any small siblings must be moved into our child care at standard child care rates. This rule will be strictly enforced.

Q: Where is your parking?

A: Please park in our parking lot or in the Church parking (Eastridge).

Q: I've never done group classes and feel intimidated. How will you make me feel comfortable?

A: We realize that everyone has a starting place, and we welcome beginner's with open arms. We will help you set up for all new classes, and every Instructor modifies exercises, pace and range of motion for all levels. We offer a safe environment, and embrace every level. You just have to trust us, and take the step forward. We promise that you won't regret it!
