Allyse Goodspeed

ISSA CTP, ISSA SSN; FLEXIBLE NUTRITION FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Flexible nutrition coaching helps you to watch what you are eating, while still allowing you to enjoy some of your favorite foods to help keep you on track.

Allyse offers plans where you can either count macros, which are specifically calculated for you and your needs or by setting portion control and what macros you will have throughout a given day. Macros or macronutrients are broken down into 3 major groups, protein, carbs and fats. Each of these groups helps you to maintain energy and are used as fuel throughout the day and in your workouts. You also need them to build and maintain muscle mass, and to keep your digestive system happy.

Allyse will walk you through why each of these is important to your nutrition journey and how to make sure you are getting enough of them and the right kinds of each. Each plan includes grocery shopping ideas for meals and snacks, and recipes to help keep you on track. This is a great way to lose body fat or maintain a healthy weight, while still getting to enjoy some of your favorite foods and not being overly restrictive. The idea of flex dieting is to help set long-term eating habits.
