(gfb) Barre Blender: Lift, tone and shrink your hips, thighs, glutes and arms with our full-body barre sculpting and low-impact cardio barre workout. This is an athletic barre class, using ankle bands, bands, gliders and handheld weights. Be prepared to ignite!
(gfb) Barre X: Lift, tone and shrink your hips, thighs, glutes and arms with our full-body barre sculpting workout. This is an athletic barre class, using traditional barre methods as well utilizing the TRX suspension trainer to challenge your balance, mobility, and flexibility.
(gfb) Barre® Chisel: Similar to bootybarre®, but with some added flavor! Ignite your glutes, abs, arms, and legs with this total body strengthening workout using a combination of yoga, ballet barre, cardio, and strength bursts! Tighten, tone, and gain long, lean muscle with this strength training barre class! Great for all levels of fitness.
(gfb) Barre Circuit™: Burn calories fast and never get bored! Barre Circuit™ alternates between 1-minute barre postures, 1-minute cardio bursts and 1-minute strength. This is the perfect class for the amateur “Barre-Babe,” or the more experienced. It’s self-paced, with plenty of modifications.
(gfb) Sculpt: This full body sculpt workout combines dumbbells, resistance bands and barbells to shape and tone your entire physique. It’s a circuit format, so you work at your own pace. You’re sure get long, lean and toned by incorporating weight lifting into your weekly workout schedule.
(gfb) Power Yoga: This class moves at a fast rhythm to make you sweat! Poses are linked through breath work as students either flow through series of movements to gain cardio endurance or hold postures to increase strength and flexibility. Instructions and modifications are offered to make this class suitable for all levels. Each class ends in a session of relaxation with restorative touch.
(gfb) Metcon EXPRESS: 45 minutes of metabolic conditioning using a combination of cardio moves, plyometrics, and strength exercises. The circuits include short bursts of hard work with minimal breaks in between. This class will make you burn fat quickly and build lean muscle. Come sweat it out!
Full Body Inferno (FBI): Get full body workout consisting mainly of strength training and high intensity interval training, to build muscle quickly. This is a circuit style class that will increase your heart rate and caloric burn!
(gfb)Inferno Barre: This class offers a variety of exercises to improve your core strength, increase your stabilization, and tone your body with the use of light weights, ankle weights and body weight. Inferno Barre is worked a slightly quicker pace than other Barre formats, with short blasts of HIIT, and intense core and booty exercises. You’ll definitely feel the burn the following day!
SWEAT Express: Join us for a hard hitting sweat session. In this class you will do hit interval training, plyometrics, jump training and build cardio endurance. You’ll torch calories and build up you aerobic strength! This class has lots of sweat and little breaks.
(gfb) Shred: This is a strength-based class that is focused on building muscle with the use of barbells and dumbbells. Think heaver weight, less repetitions. You can work at your own pace, and will be guided and encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone for maximum results! Come and get STRONG with us!
(gfb) Titan Strength: Your new favorite strength and conditioning class, you will start out in block one, strength training which is built to help build power, and hypertrophy. Block two will consist of aerobic strength, you will perform different plyometric movements upper and lower body, to get your heart rate up, and build endurance. Block three, your last block, will be all stabilizing work, think total core, for a strong shredded LPHC!
(gfb) TRX Express: This fun and fast paced 45-minute class will push you to new levels of strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio endurance using various stations that include TRX suspension and weights. TRX or “Total Body Resistance Exercise,” is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to strengthen and tone your entire body. Come challenge yourself while getting the support and encouragement you need! All levels of fitness welcome!
(gfb) Weekend Warrior Bootcamp: This is a 45 minute express bootcamp, including a mix of HIIT, weight lifting, and full-body exercises. Your new Sunday Funday favorite!
(gfb) AMRAPpers Delight: This is your calorie torching, sweat inducing, push yourself to your limits class! An AMRAP is an acronym that stands for “As Many Rounds As Possible” or “As Many Reps As Possible.” You will get to work through, at your own pace, multiple different AMRAPS during a 45-minute express class using different equipment like weights, ropes, medicine balls, + TRX straps! If you’re ready to get fit this class will surely take you there.
(gfb) Strength Vs. Power Express: In this class you will work on your strength AND your power! We work in two heavy lifting sets that alternate in two power sets. Our power sets are meant to get our heart rates up, think plyometric meets strong man. We jump, we throw, we push, drag & pull and get fit together! You will get a great weight lifting session in, to build your strength, and add in power bursts to improve the speed & fitness!
(gfb) Rock Solid: is a 60-minute heavy lifting class with bursts of high intensity interval training (HIIT). This class will help build muscle while still getting your calorie burn in. You will use dumbbells and barbells to gain strength and be strong!
(gfb) Butts n Guts: is a 45-minute, muscle-toning class, focused on Building you glutes (booty) & strengthening your core. With 2 blocks of work, block 1 will move to the glutes, where you will use resistance bands, dumbbells to build strength, and shape your glutes, block 2 will set your core muscles on fire after ab focused burn towards the end of the class! This class is great for all levels of fitness!
(gfb) Aspire Bootcamp: A circuit style, full body, strength and cardio bootcamp that uses different equipment every week! Rotate through stations and work as hard as you can on each exercise for set intervals of time. On any given week you will use dumbbells, TRX straps, agility ladders, medicine balls, barbells, and/or battle ropes to name a few. Good for all fitness levels as modifications are provided for every move. It’s sure to be a sweaty good time!
(gfb) HIIT Bootcamp: High Intensity Interval Training: we spend 60 minutes alternating bouts of hard work, through cardio, strength training, & stations, & rest to torch those calories & push you to the next level. While challenging, this class can also be modified for all fitness levels.
(gfb) Boxing + Barbells: Participants will rotate between working through combos on the heavy bags, lifting weights & core exercises to get a shredded 6 pack! Within this class you will torch calories, build strength & muscle, and build a strong foundation with your core exercises. You will leave feeling sweaty, strong & successful! **Note: You will need your own set of boxing gloves & hand wraps to take this class! Please wrap your hands prior to class start time**

(gfb)Superset Strength Express: is a technique where you perform two exercises that activate opposing muscle groups, with little to no rest in between. It saves time by reducing the rest intervals, and increases intensity by performing more work in less time. Superset increase muscular growth and intensity, allowing you to blast through any plateau that you might be struggling with!
(gfb) ASPIRE Arise Yoga: Movement for the body is like nourishing caffeine for the soul in this Early Riser edition of Aspire Yoga with Hayley. Breathe and arise, reach and sip some coffee, and get into your midweek morning flow. This light hearted class is designed to hold space for you to wake up at your own pace and have the opportunity to explore a hybrid of morning Yin yoga postures, Vinyasa yoga practice, and de-stress with a final five minutes of guided, energizing mindfulness [meditation]. As we say at Aspire Total Fitness, this is yoga “practice” and not yoga “perfect”–All minds, bodies, and coffee cups welcome!
Metabolic Strength and Conditioning: is a 45minute strength building and calorie burning class. You will work through lifting circuits and conditioning circuits that light your metabolism on fire! This class will leave you burning calories all day long!

Aspire Small Group Strength
Aspire Small Group Strength is a small group of 5-6 maximum per class. Each of our ASGS sessions is 8 weeks long (plus one make up), you will lift heavier weights in lower reps to build strength. One of our certified personal trainers will coach you through these sessions on correct form, more one on one coaching time, and you will get strong!
