At Aspire we have a variety of classes that fall into four styles. We offer Les Mills classes, Aspire Freestyle classes, Small Group Strength, and Boxing and Barbells. This is the energizing step workout the makes your feel liberated and alive with easy-to-follow choreography and motivating music. There’s two different BODYSTEP™ formats: 1) “Classic” and 2) “Athletic – Classic offers the traditional feel of party steppin’ around the bench, while Athletic offers more drills, and agility/explosive types of movements. This is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Learn more.

(gfb) ASPIRE Arise Yoga
Movement for the body is like nourishing caffeine for the soul in this Early Riser edition of Aspire Yoga with Hayley. Breathe and arise, reach and sip some coffee, and get into your midweek morning flow. This light-hearted class is designed to hold space for you to wake up at your own pace and have the opportunity to explore a hybrid of morning Yin yoga postures, Vinyasa yoga practice, and de-stress with a final five minutes of guided, energizing mindfulness [meditation]. As we say at Aspire Total Fitness, this is yoga “practice” and not yoga “perfect”–All minds, bodies, and coffee cups welcome!

A 60-minute heavy lifting class with bursts of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This class will help build muscle while still getting your calorie burn in. You will use dumbbells and barbells to gain strength and be strong!
(gfb) Butts n Guts
This is a 45-minute, muscle-toning class, focused on Building you glutes (booty) & strengthening your core. With 2 blocks of work, block 1 will move to the glutes, where you will use resistance bands, and dumbbells to build strength. To shape your glutes, block 2 will set your core muscles on fire after ab focused burn towards the end of the class! This class is great for all levels of fitness!
(gfb) Aspire Bootcamp
A circuit style, full body, strength and cardio bootcamp that uses different equipment every week! Rotate through stations and work as hard as you can on each exercise for set intervals of time. On any given week you will use dumbbells, TRX straps, agility ladders, medicine balls, barbells, and/or battle ropes to name a few. Good for all fitness levels as modifications are provided for every move. It’s sure to be a sweaty good time!
(gfb) HIIT Bootcamp – High Intensity Interval Training
We spend 60 minutes alternating bouts of hard work, through cardio, strength training, & stations, & rest to torch those calories & push you to the next level. While challenging, this class can also be modified for all fitness levels.
(gfb) Metcon EXPRESS
45 minutes of metabolic conditioning using a combination of cardio moves, plyometrics, and strength exercises. The circuits include short bursts of hard work with minimal breaks in between. This class will make you burn fat quickly and build lean muscle. Come sweat it out!
Full Body Inferno (FBI)
Get full body workout consisting mainly of strength training and high intensity interval training, to build muscle quickly. This is a circuit style class that will increase your heart rate and caloric burn!
Join us for a hard hitting sweat session. In this class you will do hit interval training, plyometrics, jump training and build cardio endurance. You’ll torch calories and build up you aerobic strength! This class has lots of sweat and little breaks.
This is a strength-based class that is focused on building muscle with the use of barbells and dumbbells. Think heaver weight, less repetitions. You can work at your own pace, and will be guided and encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone for maximum results! Come and get STRONG with us!
(gfb) Titan Strength
Your new favorite strength and conditioning class, you will start out in block one, strength training which is built to help build power, and hypertrophy. Block two will consist of aerobic strength, you will perform different plyometric movements upper and lower body, to get your heart rate up, and build endurance. Block three, your last block, will be all stabilizing work, think total core, for a strong shredded LPHC!

This fun and fast paced 45-minute class will push you to new levels of strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio endurance using various stations that include TRX suspension and weights. TRX or “Total Body Resistance Exercise,” is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to strengthen and tone your entire body. Come challenge yourself while getting the support and encouragement you need! All levels of fitness welcome!
(gfb) Weekend Warrior Bootcamp
This is a 45 minute express bootcamp, including a mix of HIIT, weight lifting, and full-body exercises. Your new Sunday Funday favorite!
This full body sculpt workout combines dumbbells, resistance bands and barbells to shape and tone your entire physique. It’s a circuit format, so you work at your own pace. You’re sure to get long, lean and toned by incorporating weight lifting into your weekly workout schedule.
HITT Butts N Guts
This class is broken into 3 blocks of work where we start out with a HIIT session to bring out the sweat! Then we will move into glutes, strictly meant to sculpt and build your booty to make it strong, you will use resistance bands, dumbbells to build strength, and grow your booty if that’s what you desire, or take options to purely make it stronger and rounder! From there you will move into the last piece of class where you will set your core muscles on fire after ab focused burn for building core strength and a great set of abs!
A drop set in weight training, is a technique for continuing an exercise with a lower weight once muscle failure has been achieved at a higher weight. You will do a mix of drop sets during this session & move your way into GRIT cardio/athletic for portions for a full body workout. This class will help you build muscle, strength & will leave you drenched in sweat.
(gfb) Strength Bootcamp Express
This class will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, barbells, and more to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain a core component. The major focus here is strength training and challenging muscular endurance, working in timed rotations of movements vs. reps.
(gfb) Restore and Recharge Express
This class is 45 minutes of gentle movement and stretching to help soften fascia, release muscle stiffness, stimulate healthy blood flow, and actively recover the body (and mind!) to a restored, recharged, & stress-free state.
Each class concludes with guided relaxation techniques to engage the body’s natural healing power of decompression and help aid the mind to sleep more soundly at night. All bodies and minds are supported and welcomed!

Olympic Lifts Express
Full body strength training using free weights and the Olympic barbells. The focus is on foundational moves of weight training, providing options to keep things challenging as you build strength.
(GFB) Aspire Barre Classic
Aspire Barre Classic (ABC for short) is our 60-minute signature barefoot, low-impact workout using traditional barre moves designed to tighten, trim, and tone your entire body with emphasis on the glutes and lower body. Get your sweat on as we move through arm circuit training using light hand weights, at-the-barre moves, transition to floor and core work, and end with a relaxing stretch session. This class is specifically designed by our barre instructor team to bring back your favorite barre classic moves! All fitness levels are welcome.
Lift, tone, and shrink your hips, thighs, glutes, and arms with our full-body barre sculpting workout. This is an athletic barre class, using traditional barre methods as well as utilizing the TRX suspension trainer to challenge your balance, mobility, and flexibility.
(GFB) Barre Bootcamp
A low-impact, barefoot bootcamp with a barre twist. Working quickly through 4-main circuits: Strength, barre cardio, at-the-barre exercises, and glute circuit – The class ends with abs and stretching; you are sure to get an intense barre to burn! This class is for all levels of fitness. Wear shoes for extra support!
Boxing & Barbells
What is Boxing and barbells?
A formula for training that is aimed to create a synergy between boxing and weight lifting. Both are highly effective in improving cardiovascular health. In addition to muscular strength, mobility, and pain management, our boxing methods are derived from proven Olympic and professional-level boxing principles and techniques. And our weight lifting methods are derived from proven professional-level principles and techniques. The end result is creating a synergy between the two disciplines by offering a mixture of exercises. Not only are they progressive and comprehensive, but complementary to one another. All of our boxing classes require personal gloves and hand wraps. All of our boxing classes are great for beginners and advanced athletes!
B+B Strength: B+B boxing & barbells
Participants will rotate between working through combos on the heavy bags, lifting weights & core exercises to get a shredded 6-pack! Within this class you will torch calories, build strength & muscle, and build a strong foundation with your core exercises. You will leave feeling sweaty, strong & successful!
B+B Full Body Burnout
Participants will rotate between working through combos on the heavy bags, lifting weights & HIIT, & core exercises to get a shredded 6-pack! Within this class you will torch calories, build strength & muscle, and build a strong foundation with your core exercises. You will leave feeling sweaty, strong & successful! **Note: You will need your own set of boxing gloves & hand wraps to take this class! Please wrap your hands prior to class start time**
Aspire Small Group Strength (ASGS)

This is a small group capped at 6 clients per class, coached by one of our certified personal trainers. These sessions run 8 weeks in length, at 60 minutes per session. This class is for anyone who wants to build muscle and gain strength, we do this through progressive overload training, where each lift, you will track on a tracking sheet made specifically for each session. This is not personal training, but it is more of a one-on-one setting than our larger group lifting classes. Our trainers will be there to spot you, coach form and technique, and push you to get stronger than you ever thought possible! This is an add-on class, and all 3 of our current sessions are full.
