Below is a list of all of our Personal Trainers at Aspire. In each bio, you can learn about their qualifications and focus areas, as well as how to contact them to get started and learn more. Each training session is 50-minutes in length. A six-hour cancellation is required to not be charged for your session.
Master elite Personal Trainer; B.S. COMMUNITY HEALTH SCIENCE, ISSA CPT, ISSA SSN, ISSA SCS
Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Health Studies from Portland State University. She is a certified elite personal trainer, and has been training for 4+ years, also a nutrition specialist, and strength & conditioning trainer, through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Erica is also a group fitness instructor including TRX®, heavy lifting, BODYPUMP™, BODYATTACK™,GRIT™,BODYSTEP™, Strength, HIIT, & Boxing + Barbells.
Erica has worked with a lot of women on their post-partum journey looking to lose weight, gain core strength as well as help with Diastasis recti (ab seperation). Erica loves working out and leaving a training session drenched in sweat, spending time with family, her mini me Bexley, and friends. Erica aims to energize, inspire and push her clients to their best. Clients will know it’s more than just training, it’s a lifestyle. When you want to quit, she will encourage you through to the end!

Amanda has been training for 12+ years, and is passionate about changing lives through Fitness and Nutrition. Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, athletic performance or over health, she will motivate and push you past your comfort zone to reach your overall fitness goals!

PERSONAL TRAINER; MASTERS DEGREE IN EDUCATION, NASM CPT
Heidi received her Bachelors Degree in education from Linfield College, and continued on to achieve her Masters Degree in Education from Portland State University. She currently teaches online high school, as well as teaching the early risers classes at Aspire.
Heidi Is a NASM certified personal trainer, she is also certified in Lesmills BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, and also teaches HIIT, Metcon, and strength classes at Aspire. Heidi loves coming to Aspire to work hard towards her goals, Heidi enjoys helping others discover what they are capable of. She loves spending time with her two boys; Gale and Leo, her husband Travis and bulldog in her free time. Heidi is ready to take your fitness to the next level with a program made just for you!

Personal Trainer; Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing
Katie is an ACE-certified personal trainer, our Kids Dance Director, a nutrition coach, an award-winning choreographer, and a multi-certified group fitness instructor. This includes Les Mills BODYATTACK & GRIT, barre, TRX, Boxing and Barbells, Weight Lifting, and HIIT.
Katie has experience and education in pregnant and postpartum clients, fitness after injuries, and clients who want to lose weight or add muscle. She is also a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and years of experience in pediatrics. Katie loves being a mom to her daughter Wrenley, a firefighter’s wife, and a friend and auntie.
With a strong foundation in healthcare and science, Katie is thrilled to use her knowledge and experience to improve the lives and health of others through fitness, positivity, and preventative care! Katie’s goal is to spread joy, strength, and empowerment through exercise to all her clients!

Desi is an ISSA certified personal trainer. She started as a member at Aspire Total Fitness and there she quickly discovered her passion for fitness. Desi first got certified in Lesmills GRIT and from there she expanded into TRX and other freestyle strength classes.
She is raising her son Henry to live an active life, and now he even likes to write up workouts for her to do. Being healthy has become a lifestyle for Desi and she would love to help others live healthy and strong as well.

Casey has a double bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Portland. When she graduated she began working in the financial services industry. However, after being an Aspire client for many years, she decided to go through training and obtained her first group fitness instructor certification in LesMills BODYATTACK. This led Casey to pursue a career in the fitness industry full time to live out her passion for fitness and healthy living.
Casey is also certified in Les Mills BODYPUMP and TRX. In addition to group fitness, she is a certified personal trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). When not at the gym, Casey enjoys spending time with her two little girls; Ryleigh and Reeghan, and her husband Trevor.
Casey’s sure to bring positivity and energy to every training session to help you find the motivation you need to crush your goals; and simultaneously teach you that when motivation runs out, discipline will keep you on track!

Allyse is a Fitness Trainer, Lesmills instructor, and group x instructor, who helps provide individuals guidance and direction to bring personal health and fitness goals to life.

Meet Hayley Marie Balabanova, a PNW native. She has been practicing yoga, pilates, barre, HIIT, meditation, boxing, Krav Maga, competitive team sports, volleyball, running, sports/fitness modeling, step, snowboarding, water sports, barrel racing, and weight lifting collectively for over 2 decades and is a registered Master-level yoga instructor, personal trainer, Boxing & Barbells Trainer, fascia and foam-rolling coach, and holistic Ayurvedic lifestyle advocate!
Hayley’s passion is to encourage and share any shape or form of movement with others. Her hobbies include snowboarding, archery, hiking, nature yoga, bicycling, dance, fishing, horseback riding, swimming, volleyball, basketball, reading about psychology, physiology and philosophy, laughing, and playing with her two dogs and two cats.

Cary has 12 years of experience in health and wellness as a Registered Dietitian. She teaches group fitness and has several Les Mills certifications, BodyCombat, BodyPump, CXWorx and GRIT, as well as teaching HIIT, TRX, and Strength-based classes. Cary loves working with people of all ages and abilities.
