    Amanda will create a customized nutrition program based on your lifestyle and overall health and nutrition goals. Not all nutrition programs are one size fits all. What works for one person may not work for another person.

    Cary has been a Registered Dietitian since 2008. Her nutrition programming, HealthyU, focuses on working with people to modify their diets in a way that is sustainable and realistic for their lifestyle and health goals.

    Cary loves helping people find the balance between eating to live and living to eat. She can also take several health insurance plans, which may cover most or all of your costs.
