ROCK SOLID
(GFB) is a strength-focused class designed to help you build muscle and increase strength through heavy lifting. In this class, you'll gradually add weight to your barbells or use larger dumbbells as the repetitions decrease, allowing you to challenge your body and push your limits. The emphasis is on lifting heavy weights with proper form, not on speed, ensuring a steady progression toward strength gains. While you'll still burn calories, the primary goal is to build strength and muscle. Be prepared to feel the burn and experience muscle soreness as you work your way to a stronger, more powerful version of yourself.BUTTS N GUTS
(GFB) This is a 45-minute, muscle-toning class, focused on building your glutes (booty) & strengthening your core. We’ll start with the glutes, where you will use resistance bands, and dumbbells to build strength. We’ll end the class by setting your core muscles on fire towards the end of the class! This class is great for all levels of fitness!SCULPT
(GFB) This full-body sculpt workout combines dumbbells, resistance bands, and barbells to shape and tone your entire physique. It’s a circuit format, so you work at your own pace. You’re sure to get long, lean, and toned by incorporating weight lifting into your weekly workout schedule.BOOTCAMP
(GFB) Our various options of bootcamps will torch those calories and push you to the next level. We spend 60 minutes alternating groups of hard work through cardio, strength training, stations, and rest. While challenging, this class can also be modified for all fitness levels.OLYMPIC LIFTS
Full body strength training using free weights and the Olympic barbells. The focus is on foundational moves of weight training, providing options to keep things challenging as you build strength. This class is community focused, we encourage you to come, challenge yourself, spot and help others, and work through the movements together!METCON
(GFB) A class filled with metabolic conditioning using a combination of cardio moves, plyometrics, and strength exercises. The circuits include short bursts of hard work with minimal breaks in between. This class will make you burn fat quickly and build lean muscle. Come sweat it out! This class can be modified for all fitness levels.SHRED
(GFB) This is a strength-based class that is focused on building muscle with the use of barbells and dumbbells. Think heavier weight, fewer repetitions. You can work at your own pace, and will be guided and encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone for maximum results!WEEKEND WARRIOR BOOTCAMP
This is a 45-minute express boot camp, including a mix of HIIT, weight lifting, and full-body exercises. Every week looks different, bringing variety to your weekly routine. Your new Sunday Funday favorite!STRENGTH BOOTCAMP
(GFB) This class will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, barbells, and more to sculpt and define arms, back, legs, and glutes. Classes will also contain a core component. The major focus here is strength training and challenging muscular endurance, working in timed rotations of movements vs. reps.BUILD
A coach-led strength class set to good music (with cuss words – because we cuss a lot ok?) where you lift at your own pace and focus on moving well. You’ll be guided through simple, effective lifts, choose weights that feel right for you, and take breaks as needed — no pressure, no rushing, just a supportive space to build strength and make jokes. This class is great for any fitness level, and anyone with any fitness goal! Come as you are—lift how you want—and have fun with it!GLUTES AND GAINS
Build your lower body power and total-body strength in this focused training session. Every class includes a dedicated block targeting glute strength and growth through progressive lifts, accessory work, and activation drills. To keep your training balanced and effective, we’ll also rotate two additional muscle groups each week—think upper body push, pull, core, or lower-body support work—to ensure full-body development and prevent plateaus. Perfect for anyone looking to sculpt, strengthen, and see real gains.STRENGTH & FUNCTIONAL POWER
Train Strength, Agility, Stamina, and Power all in one class! Whether you're an athlete, preparing for tactical training, or just looking to level up your fitness for everyday life, S+FP is designed to meet all your needs. The first half of the class focuses on Rock Solid-style lifting, incorporating progressive overload techniques to build raw strength. The second half switches gears with high-energy Bootcamp Stations, targeting agility and stamina. Together, they form a balanced approach to fitness that enhances both physical power and athletic performance.STRENGTH VS POWER
Get ready to unleash your inner athlete in our dynamic "Strength vs Power" fitness class! This high-energy session is designed for those looking to build strength while also developing explosive power, drawing inspiration from the world of strongman competitions. This class is structured into four invigorating circuits that alternate between heavy lifting and powerful movement patterns. You’ll challenge your muscles with traditional strength exercises while igniting your explosiveness with dynamic power moves. Suitable for all fitness levels, our experienced instructors will provide modifications and support.
SUPERSET STRENGTH
A superset is a resistance training technique that involves performing two exercises back-to-back with little to no rest in between. The exercises are usually non-competitive and can target opposing muscle groups or split upper and lower body exercises. This class is built to build muscle, and strength and leave you feeling strong! -
Feel a beautiful burn as you escape the everyday hustle in one of our barre classes. Aspire Barre classes are specifically designed by our barre instructor team to incorporate your favorite barre moves into unique class formats that are not offered anywhere else.
ASPIRE BARRE CLASSIC
(GFB) Aspire Barre Classic (ABC for short) is our 60-minute signature barefoot, low-impact workout using traditional barre moves designed to tighten, trim, and tone your entire body. Get your sweat on as we move through arm circuit training using light hand weights, and at-the-barre moves, transition to floor and core work, and end with a relaxing stretch session. This class is specifically designed by our barre instructor team to bring back your favorite barre classic moves! All fitness levels are welcome.Shoes optional.
BARRE BOOTCAMP
(GFB) A low-impact bootcamp with a barre twist. Working quickly through 4 main circuits: strength, barre cardio, at-the-barre exercises, and glute circuit, the class ends with abs and stretching. This class is for all levels of fitness.Wear shoes for extra support.
ASPIRE BARRE SWEAT
Our 45 minute signature barefoot, low impact workout using traditional barre moves designed to tighten, trim, and tone your entire body with emphasis on the glutes and lower body. Get your sweat on as we move through arm circuit using light hand weights, at the barre moves, transition to floor and core work, and end with a relaxing stretch session. This class is specifically designed by our barre instructor team to bring back your favorite barre classic moves! Our Barre SWEAT version includes more cardio barre style exercises to get your heart rate up! All fitness levels welcome!!ASPIRE BARRE CIRCUIT
A 45 Minute Barre class set up in stations, to target full body movements, stations that will increase your heart rate, make your muscles burn, and get strong! Using dumbbells, barre balls, bands and other equipment this class will leave you feeling confident, strong, and successful! The class will end with a full body stretch.ASPIRE BARRE RHYTHM
This full body, low impact workout is designed for everyBODY! Each class starts with a focus on breath work, then the party gets started! You will get deep into every major muscle group using the rhythm of the music to help you push through. With options for heavier weights, you can challenge your personal fitness goals. Expect fun and challenging cardio, balance challenges, deep core and booty burn with a yoga inspired stretch at the end. This is a barefoot class, but tennis shoes are optional. Heads' up there may be explicit playlists in this class.ASPIRE BARRE SHRED
Get strong and sculpted with our Barre Shred class, designed to target different muscle groups in every session for a well-rounded, deep-burning workout. Using weights and a variety of equipment, you'll focus on strengthening and building lean muscle through controlled, high-repetition movements. Each class is structured to challenge your body, improve your endurance, and shape your muscles for a toned, shredded look. Perfect for anyone looking to get lean and strong! -
ASPIRE SMALL GROUP STRENGTH (ASGS)
This is a small group capped at 6 clients per class, coached by one of our certified personal trainers. These sessions run 8 weeks in length, at 60 minutes per session.This class is for anyone who wants to build muscle and gain strength, we do this through progressive overload training, where with each lift you will track on a tracking sheet made specifically for each session.
This is not personal training but it is more of a one-on-one setting than our larger group lifting classes. Our trainers will be there to spot you, coach form and technique, and push you to get stronger than you ever thought possible!
This is an add-on class, and classes usually fill quickly. Reach out to inquire or get on a waitlist.
