  • ERICA

    Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Health Studies from Portland State University. She is a certified personal trainer and has been training for 5+ years. She’s also a nutrition specialist and strength & conditioning trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Erica is a group fitness instructor teaching TRX®, heavy lifting, BODYPUMP™, BODYATTACK™, GRIT™, BODYSTEP™, strength, HIIT, and Boxing + Barbells.

    Erica has worked with a lot of women on their postpartum journey looking to lose weight, gain core strength as well as help with Diastasis Recti (ab separation). Erica loves working out and leaving a training session drenched in sweat, spending time with family, her mini-me Bexley, and friends. Erica aims to energize, inspire and push her clients to be their best.

  • KATIE

    Katie is an ACE-certified personal trainer, our kids dance program director, a nutrition coach, an award-winning choreographer, and a multi-certified group fitness instructor. This includes Les Mills BODYATTACK & GRIT, barre, TRX, Boxing and Barbells, Weight Lifting, and HIIT.

    Katie has experience and education with pregnant and postpartum clients, fitness after injuries, and clients who want to lose weight or add muscle. She is also a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and years of experience in pediatrics.

    Katie loves being a mom to her daughter Wrenley, a firefighter’s wife, and a friend and auntie. Katie’s goal is to spread joy, strength, and empowerment through exercise to all her clients!

  • DESI

    Desi is an ISSA-certified personal trainer. She started as a member at Aspire Total Fitness and there she quickly discovered her passion for fitness. Desi first got certified in Lesmills GRIT and from there she expanded into TRX and other freestyle strength classes.

    She is raising her son Henry to live an active life, and now he even likes to write up workouts for her to do. Being healthy has become a lifestyle for Desi and she would love to help others live healthy and strong as well.

    Desi will motivate you with a smile on her face and encourage you to find what your body and mind are capable of doing. If you’re looking for a great weight-loss coach, look no further!

  • HAYLEY

    Meet Hayley, a PNW native. She has been practicing yoga, pilates, barre, HIIT, meditation, boxing, Krav Maga, competitive team sports, volleyball, running, sports/fitness modeling, step, snowboarding, water sports, barrel racing, and weight lifting collectively for over 2 decades and is a registered master-level yoga instructor, personal trainer, Boxing & Barbells trainer, fascia and foam-rolling coach, and holistic Ayurvedic lifestyle advocate! Phew!

    Hayley’s passion is to encourage and share any shape or form of movement with others.

    Hayley is taking new PT clients and personal yoga therapy clients.

  • AMANDA H.

    Amanda has been training for 12+ years and is passionate about changing lives through fitness and nutrition.

    Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, athletic performance, or overall health, she will motivate and push you past your comfort zone to reach your overall fitness goals!

  • CARY

    Cary has 12 years of experience in health and wellness as a registered dietitian. She teaches group fitness and has several LES MILLS certifications, BodyCombat, BodyPump, CXWorx and GRIT, as well as teaching HIIT, TRX, and Strength-based classes. Cary loves working with people of all ages and abilities.

    Whether your goals are diet or exercise-based, Cary meets you where you’re at and helps guide you to where you want to be with long-term results in mind!

    Cary is not taking any new clients, her PT schedule is currently full.

Below is a list of all of our Personal Trainers at Aspire. In each bio, you can learn about their qualifications and focus areas, as well as how to contact them to get started and learn more.

Each training session is 50 minutes in length. A six-hour cancellation is required to not be charged for your session.
