ASPIRE CUSTOM

Aspire's Freestyle classes are some of our most popular classes.

Adding a little personality to group fitness, our personal trainers and certified group fitness instructors design new and exciting classes to keep the schedule fresh. From strength training to fundamentals, and everything in between, there’s something for everyone.

ROCK SOLID

(GFB) A 60-minute heavy lifting class with bursts of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This class will help build muscle while still getting your calorie burn. You will use dumbbells and barbells to gain strength and be strong!

BUTTS N GUTS

(GFB) This is a 45-minute, muscle-toning class, focused on building your glutes (booty) & strengthening your core.  We’ll start with the glutes, where you will use resistance bands, and dumbbells to build strength. We’ll end the class by setting your core muscles on fire towards the end of the class! This class is great for all levels of fitness!

ASPIRE BOOTCAMP

(GFB) A circuit style, full body, strength, and cardio boot camp that uses different equipment every week! Rotate through stations and work as hard as you can on each exercise for set intervals of time. On any given week you will use dumbbells, TRX straps, agility ladders, medicine balls, barbells, and/or battle ropes to name a few. Good for all fitness levels as modifications are provided for every move. It’s sure to be a sweaty good time!

GIANT LIFTS/RED ZONE LIFTS

During the Football season, we bring NFL Red Zone to your lifting session! You will work through three large blocks of 5-6 exercises with heavy weights while watching and listening to NFL Red Zone. In the offseason, this class is called Giant Lifts.

TITAN STRENGTH

Your new favorite strength and conditioning class, which is built around building power, hypertrophy, aerobic strength, using plyometric movements, getting your heart rate up, and building endurance. We’ll end the class with stabilizing work, think total core, for a strong shredded LPHC!

SCULPT

(GFB) This full-body sculpt workout combines dumbbells, resistance bands, and barbells to shape and tone your entire physique. It’s a circuit format, so you work at your own pace. You’re sure to get long, lean, and toned by incorporating weight lifting into your weekly workout schedule.

RESTORE AND RECHARGE

(GFB) This class is 45 minutes of gentle movement and stretching to help soften fascia, release muscle stiffness, stimulate healthy blood flow, and actively recover the body (and mind!) to a restored, recharged, and stress-free state.

Each class concludes with guided relaxation techniques to engage the body’s natural healing power of decompression and help aid the mind to sleep more soundly at night. All bodies and minds are supported and welcomed!

*For the ultimate experience, we encourage you to bring a yoga mat, foam roller, and a cushion/blanket*

HIIT BOOTCAMP

(GFB) HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, will torch those calories and push you to the next level. We spend 60 minutes alternating groups of hard work through cardio, strength training, stations, and rest. While challenging, this class can also be modified for all fitness levels.

STRENGTH VS POWER

In this class, you will work on improving your strength AND power. We work in alternating heavy lifting and power sets. Our power sets are meant to raise your heart rate, and our strength sets are designed to improve strength. We jump, we throw, we push, drag, and pull together!

OLYMPIC LIFTS

Full body strength training using free weights and the Olympic barbells. The focus is on foundational moves of weight training, providing options to keep things challenging as you build strength. This class is community focused, we encourage you to come, challenge yourself, spot and help others, and work through the movements together! 

METCON

(GFB) A class filled with metabolic conditioning using a combination of cardio moves, plyometrics, and strength exercises. The circuits include short bursts of hard work with minimal breaks in between. This class will make you burn fat quickly and build lean muscle. Come sweat it out! This class can be modified for all fitness levels.

SHRED

(GFB) This is a strength-based class that is focused on building muscle with the use of barbells and dumbbells. Think heavier weight, fewer repetitions. You can work at your own pace, and will be guided and encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone for maximum results!

WEEKEND WARRIOR BOOTCAMP

This is a 45-minute express boot camp, including a mix of HIIT, weight lifting, and full-body exercises. Every week looks different, bringing variety to your weekly routine. Your new Sunday Funday favorite!

STRENGTH BOOTCAMP

(GFB) This class will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, barbells, and more to sculpt and define arms, back, legs, and glutes. Classes will also contain a core component. The major focus here is strength training and challenging muscular endurance, working in timed rotations of movements vs. reps.
