A calm and connected way to get a workout in.

Feel a beautiful burn as you escape the everyday hustle in one of our barre classes.  Aspire Barre classes are specifically designed by our barre instructor team to incorporate your favorite barre moves into unique class formats that are not offered anywhere else. 

ASPIRE BARRE CLASSIC

(GFB) Aspire Barre Classic (ABC for short) is our 60-minute signature barefoot, low-impact workout using traditional barre moves designed to tighten, trim, and tone your entire body. Get your sweat on as we move through arm circuit training using light hand weights, and at-the-barre moves, transition to floor and core work, and end with a relaxing stretch session. This class is specifically designed by our barre instructor team to bring back your favorite barre classic moves! All fitness levels are welcome.

Shoes optional.

BARREX

(GFB) Lift, tone, and shrink your hips, thighs, glutes, and arms with our full-body barre sculpting workout.

This is an athletic barre class, using traditional barre methods as well as utilizing the TRX suspension trainer to challenge your balance, mobility, and flexibility.

Shoes optional.

BARRE BOOTCAMP

(GFB) A low-impact bootcamp with a barre twist. Working quickly through 4 main circuits: strength, barre cardio, at-the-barre exercises, and glute circuit, the class ends with abs and stretching. This class is for all levels of fitness.

Wear shoes for extra support.
